You have insurance options and road side assistance!
What are the pick up and drop off times?
Between 7am and 5pm at a suitable location organised between both parties.
However, We will do our best to work in with you. As we have a number of Vans some times it is a little more difficult than others.
We do have team that help out when multiple deliveries happen on the same day.
Most National & Caravan Parks in NSW have a check-In time of 2pm and a check out of 10am.
If we are collecting a Van from you, we will confirm your check out time and be there at that time to organise collection.
** If you need to shoot off earlier – just do a basic clean and pack-up, Lock the Van (hide the key and tell us!), Take some photos.
What is the minimum booking period?
Minimum 3 days (2 nights) booking is required
This allows you to have a full weekend – Setup Friday and collected/returned on Sunday.
Longer bookings are welcome. Some of Vans travel great distances.
If you are looking to hire for a long travel – 3 weeks or more, we have a complete service and check completed on the Van prior to departing.
Are your Caravans pet-friendly?
Yes – Pets are allowed!
We are like you and love our pets.
Just remember, owning a Pet in the Van ca create extra Cleaning. There is plenty of Cleaning items in the van to allow you return the Van clean.
If you have taken up the option – Clean the Van for me, than no problems we do this all for you.
What is included in the van?
You’ll find pretty much everything you could need in our van for a relaxing holiday in style!!
Coffee, tea or Milo in the morning? No worries, I’ll cover that too. Just don’t forget your own milk!?
We supply:
– Cutlery, utensils and BBQ tools
– Bowls, plates, Pots and pans
– Cups, mugs and coldie holders
– Kettle, Coffee Machine (Pod) and toaster
– Tea towels and paper towels
– Dish and hand soap
– Cooking oil and salt and pepper
– Ball games (cricket set, soccer, footy)
– Cleaning products & Washing equipment (Detergent, Spray/wipe, Sponges, Broome, Dust Brush)
Gas is Included with all Vans
Vans are filled with Town water prior to delivery or tow.
Can I opt in for a delivery and set up service?
Sure Can! How good is it to turn up to your Caravan – All setup, Beds made, Table and Chairs out and your ready to enjoy!
Delivery – Taree & Forster Areas are FREE (5Km)- Yeah ha!
Sand Bar, Seal Rocks – $150, Diamond Head $100, Port Macquarie, Trial Bay – $150, Nambucca – $200
We complete a in depth “How To” with the Van Pickup. Hook up, Setup, Awnings, Bedding and how the kitchen works.
There can be a lot to take in – however we are available on the phone and supply videos & Documentation for reference if needed.
How long does the handover take?
Hand over takes 30-60 mins. Includes a demonstration on how the van operates.
We have Manuals for the Vans and always available if you need help!
Do I need an Electric Brake Controller?
Yes –
If you don’t have one installed, You can hire Electric Brakes through us for $50 per hire.
We have two types – Manual unit – this plugs into the Van and then into your car Cig power adapter.
The other unit is a Bluetooth Electric unit, you install a small App on your phone and it will control the brakes on the van!
What sort of tow-vehicle do I need?
Smallest Van requires 2ton tow vehicle.
The biggest Van requires a 3500kg tow vehicle.
If you have any concerns, let us know your vehicle and we can confirm its towing ability.
